Case 1: Photovoltaic storage project for nursing homes in Hokkaido, Japan

Project Completion Date: November 2021

Project details: In July 2021, a Japanese customer contacted us. Due to the impact of the February earthquake, power outages occurred in many places, and the longest power outage lasted for a week. After communicating with the customer, I learned that the customer needs a set of solar storage solutions. The photovoltaic power generation is usually connected to the grid, and the reserve power is about 150 kilowatt-hours, in case of power failure to meet the normal operation of the nursing home. The project will be officially constructed in September 2021. The entire container energy storage system includes PCS, 480V 300AH (144KWH) energy storage battery pack, fire protection system, EMS monitoring system, lighting system, access control system, etc. At present, this project has been running smoothly for more than one year, and has successfully survived the power outages caused by natural disasters in 2022.

Case 2: Optical storage project of a factory in Shaoxing, Zhejiang

Project Completion Date: May 2022

Project details: In March 2022, an EPC contractor contacted us. Due to the requirements of the implementation plan of the rooftop distributed photovoltaic development pilot in Zhejiang Province, it was equipped with an energy storage system with a power generation capacity of 20% and energy storage time of 2H. After technical communication between the two parties, the scheme will be determined. The scheme uses 480V 200AH battery cluster 5 groups to form a multi-cluster system, make full use of time-of-use electricity price mechanism, active peak cutting and valley filling, optimize the regional power grid load demand, fully meet the needs of customers.

Case 3: Charging station energy storage project of a company in Foshan, Guangdong

Project Completion Date: October 2022

Project Details: This project is the first phase of the charging station energy storage project of a company in Foshan, Guangdong Province. Based on the new energy vehicle charging station, the project is equipped with 1280KW/2760KWh energy storage system in the existing site resource structure to improve the self-adjusting ability of the charging station. The design of this project is two charge and two discharge within 24 hours, taking advantage of the difference between peak-valley electricity price, charging in the valley period and the peak period, discharge in the peak period, the annual charging capacity is about 2 million KWH, the annual discharge capacity is about 1.7 million KWH, cut the peak and fill the valley, to improve the economic benefits for the charging station.

Case 4: A vehicle factory project in Wuxi, Jiangsu

Project Completion Date: February 2023

Project details: The product iteration of patrol car and landscape car produced by a Wuxi vehicle factory is ready to replace all lead-acid batteries with lithium electricity. Compared with lead-acid batteries, lithium electricity has lighter weight, better charging and discharging performance and longer service life. The factory has provided the requirements for the use of lithium electricity in all aspects. Our engineers have designed three batteries in strict accordance with the requirements of customers and made the finished products for trial delivery in March 2022. After about one year of testing, the patrol car has been mass-produced and assembled with our batteries.

Case 5: High-pressure lifting platform of a hydraulic machinery factory in Jinan, Shandong

Project Completion Date: October 2021

Project details: A hydraulic machinery factory in Jinan, Shandong put forward the design requirements according to the chassis structure and motor parameters. The customized power lithium electricity provided by our company has successfully replaced the lead-acid battery, making the service life of the equipment longer and the continuous working time greatly extended, which has been well received by customers.

Case 6: Shandong electric forklift

Project Completion Date: May 2023

Project details: The forklift power battery customized by a agricultural machinery factory in Shandong has passed the test and mass production is in the near future.

Case 7: Swedish 10KWH household storage

Project Completion Date: October 2021

Project details: After more than a month adrift at sea, stacked energy storage batteries for households have successfully reached customers. The picture above is taken after installation and debugging by a Swedish customer. The whole system consists of 5KW components, 5.5KWSOLAX energy storage inverter and 10KWH energy storage lithium battery. The system matches perfectly and everything is normal after more than 3 months of operation.

Case 8: 20KWH household storage in Germany

Project Completion Date: November 2022

Project details: The outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict has led to the soaring price of electricity in Germany. The German government has a series of favorable policies for household photovoltaic and energy storage, and our overseas orders have surged. The picture above shows a German installer debugging an optical storage system for a customer. This system matches a 20KWH lithium energy storage system for a Godwell inverter. This system eliminates power outages and saves a lot of electricity for the customer.
